Lone Goat Creek
This is a riding area that is reached off of the Hurley Pass logging road between Pemberton and Goldbridge. The trail is ungroomed, single track on an old logging road leading to a marked trail through the bush to the alpine regions at the headwaters of the creek. There are several glaciers reaching down into the valley from various sides. It is truly spectacular. |
The trail through the bush follows the creek bed and is strewn with large boulders that can be quite treacherous getting through and around. In early season, only advanced riders should attempt this trail. There are several meadows along the way with wide open spaces to go play before heading on. |

There is a cabin located at the foot of the second glacier, just up to the north from the lake. From there is a stunning view of the surrounding area. The cabin was built by the Bridge River Snowmobile club and is an emergency hut/warming shelter only. it is equipped with first aid equipment, spine board, wood stove, and 12 volt solar powered lights. |
